I figured Vrada was pregnant, as she was with Rex a month ago. I put them together on purpose, because for years I've tried with no luck to breed a Netherland dwarf buck to a Flemish giant doe. But now I've succeeded! Yay! I think it's partially because Rex is "big" for a Netherland dwarf and Vrada is "small" for a Flemish giant. Despite this, Vrada is more than 3 times heavier than Rex. As of today, they are one day old. I'll be taking their picture every Monday and posting on Tuesdays as is the usual routine. There are 4, 2 of them are dark and 2 are light. I'm guessing the white ones will develop gray highlights at the tips of their fur like their big half-sisters Yuki and Sophia. Here are Rex and Vrada's newborn babies:

I haven't forgotten about Sophia's babies. They are 3 weeks old now. Being that Vrada is Sophia's mom, and both have babies from the same male, that can cause some confusion. Vrada's babies are aunts/uncles and half-siblings of Sophia's babies. You could say of one of Sophia's babies that his half-sister's half-sister is his mom! And without any inbreeding. Here are Sophia's babies at 3 weeks:

On the goat front, Kambali has been acting extremely selfish and aggressive towards Trisa and her kids during feeding time. I've solved this problem by putting out 2 separate feeding troughs.
