My ferrets

Here are my 3 ferrets; Frisky, Jasper, and Molly. Frisky is the father of Jasper. Last year, I purchased a pair of ferrets and decided to let them breed, which might not have been my best idea. Fortunately, the kits as well as the mother found good homes, and I kept Frisky and his son Jasper who was born August 1, 2012. They then got neutered in September. My Prairie Dogs

Here are my prairie dogs, Booboo, Lakota, Allie, and Nicky. Booboo and Lakota live in one cage, and Allie and Nicky live in another. Booboo and Nicky are males; Lakota and Allie are females. Last February, Lakota and Booboo became the proud parents of 5 babies, who all found good homes. I wanted to keep one, but the demand for them was so high. Lakota with a baby

My Rabbits

Here are my rabbits, Vrada and Gwiyeoun. Vrada is a name I came up with after randomly selecting words from different languages meaning "gray" and combining them. Gwiyeoun means "cute" in Korean. Vrada is a female Flemish giant doe, and Gwiyeoun is a male Mini-lop buck. Despite Vrada being 3 times the weight of Gwiyeoun, they accidentally produced a litter of adorable bunnies on June 8. Here are my rabbits, and their babies at 2 weeks.

Introduction to My Critters

I have finally decided to create a blog about my pets. My current pets, as of this date, are 3 ferrets, 4 prairie dogs, and 2 rabbits (not counting their five 17-day old babies). My ferrets are Frisky, Jasper, and Molly. The prairie dogs are Allie, Booboo, Lakota, and Nicky. The rabbits are Gwiyeoun and Vrada. More about them on separate posts.
